Great experience. Booked my appointment on phone beforehand. The sonographer, Qasim, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and showed great care!

Amazing experience, great service, very less waiting time, well maintained premises and awesome staff!!! This place is all in one. It has everything that you need for imaging. I had to choose this place as it was recommended by one of the Kitchener imaging labs. These guys are specialists and they have more number of trained technicians than any imaging labs in Kitchener. This also means early appointment!!! I got an appointment only 2 weeks out and the receptionist was very polite as well as well clear in providing precise instructions. Please note that there are 2 entrances to this facility. My recommendation is to choose the rear entrance (see photos uploaded) coz it is less or not crowded at all. There is ample space to park behind the building so no need to worry if cannot find a parking spot in the front. This imaging facility is at the lowest level of the building and pls take staircase. It is just 2 floors and worth the steps unless you have to use the elevator for medical reasons. The premises are super clean!!! All doors of the facility has handicapped accessible entrance except for the rear entrance and the washroom. The facility is super clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, polite, experienced and trained. They know what they are doing!!! I would highly recommend to go this facility for your imaging as it is not too crowded and therefore, the wait is not too long. You are in and out quickly. Make sure you follow the instructions given to you at the time you book your appointment and everything would be like a piece of cake Great job guys! Keep up the good work!!

I called to book my stat ultrasound appointment on an urgent basis, and the front desk attendant, Venula, was incredibly kind. Not only did she accommodate me, but she also ensured I was checked in on time, so I didn't have to wait at all. Qasim, the technologist, was exceptional. I can honestly say he is the best technologist I’ve encountered in Canada. While I understand they are not supposed to discuss the results, he was very kind and took the time to answer my questions. Overall, I had a great experience at this ultrasound clinic.

Very kind and professional staff, especially the x-ray technician we had today (sorry I didn't catch his name). The technician was so patient with my 9-year-old who needed x-rays, and very kind to me as well.

Today I came walked in today without appointment as I called yesterday to inquire about xray. Unfortunately I got the wrong information when I called yesterday. But with the help of Vemula she able to helped me to have xray done. She’s very knowledgeable and have empathy with patients. She explained with me how their clinic policy works which is I understand at the same I expressed with Vemula ( I’m sorry if I misspelled her name ) She understood how I feel. That’s why she gave me options Option 1) I can go to Cambridge Hospital not emergency dept and do my xray there for my ankle — but she can’t guarantee me how long I have to wait And I even asked her I can wait even for later if they can accommodate me at their clinic. And she said I can have option number 2) after I said to her I’m willing wait here since I’m already here. Option 2) She gave me is after 12:30 So this a tough call to make decision because I am limping already from my right ankle and because I want to get it done and find out what’s the cause of my right ankle swollen. I chose to stay and wait patiently here. So my suggestion to all the patients: Anywhere that we chose to do our laboratories or anything related to our health. WE NEED TO RESPECT THE STAFF BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING THEY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE US AND ESPECIALLY ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT OUR HEALTH SYSTEM IN CANADA ESPECIALLY IN ONTARIO IS GETTING WORST. My suggestion is: We need to be kind to everyone and for me this place is AMAZING. THE STAFFS THEY TREAT THEIR PATIENTS WITH CARE AND RESPECT SO WE /PATIENTS WE NEED TO DO SAME THING. I am so blessed that I met Vemula. She’s amazing and other staff too because I didn’t have to wait till after 12:30 or I didn’t have to go back on Monday either I hope we have more facilities like this. Keep up the good work to all the staff who works here.

The staff is so experienced and they know how to handle every situation. Even if doctor’s test recommendations are misprinted or they have doubt, they clear it by calling the doctor themselves if possible at the same time. No wastage of time and very friendly staff. Thanks for your service.

We recently had an ultrasound here, and I just have to say how grateful we are to Mr. Qasim (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong). He was incredibly kind and took the time to really understand our situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best care possible. Since this was our first staging ultrasound, we were nervous and unsure of what to expect. Our last experience in Brampton wasn’t great—the technologist barely tried before telling us they couldn’t see anything. But Mr. Qasim was completely different. He was patient, skilled, and genuinely cared about helping us. Honestly, I don’t even have the right words to express how much his support meant to us. It was an amazing experience, and we’re truly grateful. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Niraj, the X-ray technologist. He was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Normally, X-ray results take about three business days, but he made sure to rush my results to my family doctor later the same day. I truly appreciate his dedication and will definitely return here in the future." .
